Program is every Thursday from 6pm-8pm and Saturdays’s from 3pm-5pm.
Program includes: functional training yoga, sports and physical health activities, and nutritional consultation.
Participants will receive running shoes after 6 completed sessions, and other physical health related incentives as sessions goes on. Healthy snacks and tokens are provided.
Trainer: From Strengths Leagues, certified Professional Trainer and Physical Therapist Taher Mohammaed. Taher has experience working with Indigenous Communities.
